About ScopeTab
ScopeTab is contract-workflow software for residential remodeling companies of one to five people — the owner-operators who run $200k–$2M a year through Excel sheets, PDF proposals, handshake change orders, and invoices that don’t reconcile with any of it.
The product does four things, deliberately nothing else: estimates built from your own priced assemblies, proposals your client e-signs with a deposit the same evening, change orders that get signed instead of eaten, and progress invoices against a contract ledger both sides trust. The scheduling, daily logs, and project-management bloat that make the big suites cost $400+/month are permanently out of scope — that’s a promise, not a roadmap gap.
Who’s building it
ScopeTab is built by a solo, independent founder — no venture capital, no sales team, no demo calls. The same person who builds it answers hello@scopetab.com. It launches fall 2026; founding companies get $49/month locked for life and a direct line into what ships first.
